The Performance Development component of our program will include the aspects listed below. Parents/Families will begin with a meeting between the student-athlete, parent/families, and a Bethel Performance staff to discuss the goals, benchmarks, and homework to prep for the upcoming school year.
All Performance Plans Include

Semi-private training (Max 4 Per Group) with a Performance Trainer throughout the entire school year

Meeting with student-athlete, parent/family, and trainer to determine plan and progression benchmark for the year before the school year

Progress meeting with student-athlete, parent/family, and trainer to determine if goals and benchmarks are being met

This Nutrition/ Supplement meeting will help guide student-athletes through proper eating habits, hydration, mobility, and other body maintenance principles to optimize their bodies.

Hydration and recovery drinks after performance training workout to maximize optimal “gain window.”
